As part of the generally accepted governmental auditing standards, firms performing an audit of governmental entities in accordance with government auditing standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States, must have an appropriate internal quality control system in place and participate in an external quality review program. Our firm has established an internal quality control system, which meets professional standards. In July 2019, our firm participated in an external peer review from a CPA firm located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This firm issued an opinion of pass which indicates that our quality control system for accounting and auditing met the objectives of the quality control standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
